We are recruiting for the following positions:


Telephone Accounts Negotiator
Duties
	Responsibility for 500 live accounts: telephone contact to obtain payment of overdue invoices
	Negotiating payment plans and confirming by letter
	Advising debtors of impending legal action, where appropriate
	Query resolution
	Updating accounts’ progress on the debt collection database
In undertaking the above tasks, the Telephone Accounts Negotiator will be expected to:
	Abide by the rules set out by the Credit Services Association (our industry regulatory body)
	Protect the good name both of Sovereign Credit Management and our clients
	Meet targets, both individual and those set by the team/your supervisor
	Work productively as part of a team and to stay motivated when working alone
	Effectively work all accounts listed
	Have fun!
Working hours for this position are:
	Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm, with occasional late nights depending on performance to targets
